Pia Toscano is an American singer. Her father is a corporate

Executive. She was the official national Anthem singer at her

Middle school.

Toscano auditioned for American idol three times before. In the

10th season of American idol she placed 9th.

Very recently she got booted from American idol plat from. In the

elimination round she spoke about her new album. Though she

was very upset, she said that the early elimination from the

American idol has given her an opportunity to give some nice song for her fans.

“ I kind of got a head start and I didn’t realize that” she tells to PEOPLE. She will perform the National Anthem on live broadcasting of PBS’s in Washington, D.C., on Sunday. She also said that elimination from American idol will give her much more time to concentrate her new upcoming album.

No official date has been fixed for the release of her album. She said that she don’t want to complete the album in a hurry. She says, “We want to make sure that we find the perfect sound, the perfect songs”. So she is not sure about the release date but she hope soon.

Oscar winner Joseph Brooks found dead

Joseph Brooks was an American screenwriter, director, producer, and composer. He was born in March 11, 1938 and died recently by suicide on May 22, 2011.

He won an Oscar for his hit song “You Light Up My Life” in 1977 for the film of the same name which was also wrote, directed and produced by himself.

The Oscar winner was found dead on Sunday in East village apartment after an apparent suicide.

Brooks was facing a trail on 82 counts of sexual abuse. The charge brought against him that he raped 11 young women after luring them to his residence with the pretense of giving them movie roles.

In addition his son Nicholas Brooks was also had awaiting trial for allegedly strangling his girlfriend. All these things made Joseph Brooks very upset. He became very much frustrated about his life.

From a report of police we knew that he was found dead by one of his friends. He was 73 years old. His body was found with a suicide note near a helium tank with a hose on it. Police said that his dead body was found in his Upper East Side apartment and there was plastic dry cleaning bag around his head and around his neck there was a towel.
